The driver sends a delay update (traffic, breakdown, weather, etc.) straight from their app. It shows up as an alert on the Parent Portal and Teacher Portal within moments, along with the reason.
Only during school run hours (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), and only with the driver's knowledge — it's company policy, not hidden tracking. Outside those hours, location is never shared.
