Daxon Mobility ("we", "us", "our") operates the Parent Portal, which lets parents look up their child's van fee status, bills, and school transport announcements. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Information we collect

• The mobile number you enter to look up your child's fee record — this is matched against records already held by Daxon Mobility as part of the transport service you have signed up for
• Your child's transport record, which may include their name, class, school, assigned vehicle, photo, village/area, your name as parent/guardian, and fee payment history — this information is already collected by Daxon Mobility as part of providing the van service, not collected fresh through this app
• If you use the "Edit My Info" feature, any changes you submit (such as an updated phone number, address, or photo) are saved to your child's record

How this information is used

Information is used only to show you your child's fee status, bills, and relevant announcements, and to keep your child's transport record up to date if you make edits. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Where data is stored

Data is stored using Google Firebase (Realtime Database), a cloud infrastructure service, and is protected using authentication and access rules so that it cannot be read or changed except through this app.

Children's information

This app displays information about your child (a minor) that Daxon Mobility already holds as your school van transport provider. It is shown to you, the parent/guardian, only after you enter a matching registered phone number. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and this app is intended for use by parents/guardians, not by children themselves.

You can update your child's contact details directly in the app, or contact us using the details below to ask about, correct, or request removal of your child's information.
