Daxon Mobility ("we", "us", "our") operates the Business Suite application (Van Register, Driver Manager, Vehicle Expenses, Loan Tracker, and Dashboard) used to manage our student transport and vehicle business operations. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Who uses this app

This app is an internal business tool used only by authorized staff of Daxon Mobility to manage day-to-day operations. It is not intended for use by the general public, students, parents, or drivers directly — separate apps (Parent Portal and Driver Portal) exist for those audiences with their own privacy policies.

Information we collect and store

To operate our student transport business, authorized staff enter and manage the following information within the app:

• Student records: name, class, school, assigned vehicle, parent/guardian name and phone number, village/area, and fee payment history
• Driver records: name, phone number, address, license details, salary and attendance records, advances, bank account details, and identity documents (license, Aadhaar, PAN, police verification) uploaded by staff
• Vehicle and expense records related to business operations
• Staff login credentials (username and password) used to access the app, and the specific permissions assigned to each staff member

How this information is used

All information is used solely for operating the transport business — tracking fee payments, managing driver salaries and documents, recording vehicle expenses, and generating receipts, slips, and reports. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Where data is stored

Data is stored using Google Firebase (Realtime Database), a cloud infrastructure service. Access to the database is restricted using authentication and access-control rules so that only the app itself, used by authorized staff, can read or write data.

Children's information

Some records relate to students who may be minors. This information (name, class, school, fee records) is provided by the business itself for the sole purpose of managing van transport and fee collection, and is not collected directly from children. It is not used for any purpose beyond this business operation.

Data retention

Records are retained for as long as necessary to operate the business and comply with applicable record-keeping requirements. Staff can update or remove records as needed through the app.
